Matt Denton’s mattsclassiccameras.com is well-done and fun

If you like classic cameras as I do, be sure to check out  Matt’s Classic Cameras. Matt Denton has acquired a neat collection of old cameras, from Japanese rangefinders and Leica clones to TLR cameras to Soviet medium format SLRs  like the Kiev 60. None of the cameras I saw on the site are terribly expensive, and it is obvious his website and collection is a labor of love for him. His passion and dedication really come through.

Matt details a lot of history behind each camera, and has helpful tips like how to use alkaline batteries in cameras meant for mercury batteries.  My first good camera was a Minolta Hi-Matic E, which I still have.  I might pull it out and put a roll of film through it just for fun and the memories!
